After years of moving with the military and starting over each time we PCS’d, I realized we could use our VA loan as more than just a way to buy a home, we could use it as a tool to build long-term wealth.
 

So instead of buying fully renovated homes, we started buying dated but well-located properties, making smart cosmetic updates while we lived in them, and selling them later for a tax-free profit. This became our wealth strategy, and inspired my next career transition in life to help more people do the same.
